No, freshman are small. We tend to forget that little fact because almost all tv shows that have "Freshman" are played by college age or older actors. Think about it, the average freshman is 14-15 yrs old, of course they're gonna be small. Many boys don't start getting their height until they're 15-16 yrs old.

Yeah but when I compare my freshman yearbook to the current freshman there does appear to be a difference...

Maybe, but I was 4'11" going into my freshman year and I wasn't the smallest.
