Im on the eat what you will miss the most before you start going to the gym diet. Yesterday me and the family shared the last take out I will have till I atleast lose 50 pounds.
Starting next thursday I will be going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week for 8hrs a day. Why 8hrs? I don't drive my husband does. He will be taking me to the gym before he goes to work. Than pick me up after work.
Don't worry I wont be killing myself for 8hrs I plan to pace myself. And take many breaks as well as an hour lunch break. Plus they have a hot tube and a sauna lol so I will also get a chance to relax before I come home.
Sounds amazing. I really don't know how to motivate people, so I'll try to give you some advice. Don't obsess over your diet, most people I've seen fall off the wagon early do so because cutting out everything that tastes good is really psychologically taxing. Try to wean off the bad stuff. Berries, jerky, and cheese are good alternative snacks.
Also, light weights at a steady pace can really do a lot to make the pounds melt off while also helping your cardio. Things like weighed squats or clean and jerk especially, dumbbell movements are great too.
Above all, don't forget to have fun. This will really be good for your body, but it can also help your mind if only you let it.
Good luck.

Thanks
Don't worry I have already told myself this isn't about loseing weight this is about being able to have better movement and losing inchs.
And if I slip like I cheat my diet I will not see it as a defeat I will see it as a moment of weakness and get right back to it.
I will not stop just because I feel I messed up. I decided to treat each day as if yesterday had no mistakes.
