They did create real unicorns once with goats. The horns of a goat isn't fused directly to the head when a goat is born, and it only fuses over time. So people surgically moved the two horns closer to the centre of the heads (when it wasn't fused), and the horns grew next to each other, fused to the skull, forming the uncorn's "horn"

Well, if you're gonna extend the definition of unicorn to "hoofed animal with one horn", then unicorns exist in nature: asian rhinos only have one horn
If only we could do this in real life. Wear green screen clothes and make it look like we are anything. Except people would probably hack other people's clothes and make them wear weird things/no things.
