Right? I wonder how they figure jack was burnt alive and that lock, shock, and barrel weren't killed together in similar ways? I have so many many questions but I dig the concept
Well they're halloween monsters but it doesn't really say they are dead. Them being dead doesn't explain all the characters in town, What did the werewolf guy die from, or the slimy guy, or the witches? They were living in Halloween town not Corpse town I don't think they were meant to be dead, just spooky.
Maybe when some people die they're spirits are brought to the holiday realms and become Reincarnated, either as an elf, the easter bunny, a resident of Halloween town, someone as major as Jack or Santa or as Minor as the groundhog. I think that's how that worked in Rise of the Guardians.
Holy shit now I'm imagining Jack Skellington in Rise of the Guardians
It kinda makes the scene with Jack getting shot down and all the fire very metaphorical, a second death, and really all of it becomes metaphorical when you look at it the right way
So Sally is actually multiple people sewn together
