Well that and the whole Pewdiepie thing. Some company claimed copyright because he played their game and got his videos with it taken down, so people are worried this sets the stage for companies to be able to take down videos with reviews that are negative or if they don't like the persons face by claiming copyright and getting it taken down.

This is the most important issue. The copyright, fair use, whatever. Hell with the nigger incident, that's just a bad slip of the tongue and quite frankly isn't worth getting any more than a raised eyebrow's of effort.
