If you condense that family line, it turns into "I am your cousin's former roommate". Father's brother=uncle. Uncle's nephew=either brother or cousin. Brother's cousin or cousin's cousin=cousin or brother.

It's not a second cousin or cousin once removed if they're a cousin's cousin but not related to you, is it?
