So yea, its totally pointless to compare yourself to the pictures people showing on the internet
You see those instagram models with perfect everything. Perfect skin, perfect eyebrows, perfect life
It's not what it seems
They have the whole team in the background fixing everything and their pictures are all retouched before posting
So if you see something on the internet and it inspires you to work out or to do something good with your life, great
But if it makes you feel bad cause you're not like them, you're not ''perfect'', just remember people show their best on the internet (even those #uglypic)
And it's unfair to compare your worst to their best
Be kind to yourself
