I mean, if you've been together that long he should have been told. Hell, he should have been told BEFORE they got married.

Curiosity question: would you stay or leave? I would probably stay because 19 (otherwise happy) years is a lot to just walk away from. Plus if he hasn’t noticed by now Sex/physical attraction clearly wasn’t a problem.

Well personally I'm not sure. But not because of them being trans itself. Some people can be sexually attracted to you before they find out but no longer be afterwards, or maybe transphobic, but I'd be upset over the lying for near 20 years. You trust me enough for everything else but not something medically important? That doctors would need to know at the hospital? Something big that's affected your whole life? I'd feel betrayed from the secret keeping.

Would be funny if the wife thought the husband knew and they lived their lives almost revealing the truth. I want a tv show about that.
