Transparent suppressor shattering

That suppressor was made with a thinner piece of acrylic because the engineer knew the design would fail so he only added a thin layer of acrylic to that suppressor in particular since he never actually intended to use it. The other suppressors made with thicker acrylic all worked fine

except the other ones failed also, not shattered, but lost the threading and launched off the unit, i saw the video too
