Is anyone a clarinet player here? How do you even play that note? I play bass clarinet so I’ve never seen that before

I play clarinet along with several other things..but that note sucks

I can't remember from my clarinet days, but I can guarantee it will be one nasty sound at a fff.

I feel like rather than screaming, the word should be screeching, as that will be the sound.
