That's really rude. Her shoulder is right there if he has to nudge her away from the camera. It was also rude of her to walk up while they're filming, but that doesn't justify it.
Think of the settlement she could get against the network and/or him.

He did tweet an "apology"(?) of sorts about it being unintentional.
But look at his face though.
On the other hand, that's exactly how you would effectively push a man back, so...
A-it may be old news for you, but not everyone.
B- Yeah, it wasn't unintentional, he is looking right where he touching, and even adjust his angle.
C-personally if I'm pushing a guy back I'm pushing at his collarbone or upper chest not his pecs.
Why? You push center mass if you want someone to move. If you poked my shoulder or above, I'm just bending backwards because I know it pisses people off that they can't push me back.

This was new for me, but it happened 5 months ago, so it's not new anymore. (EDIT: it's not news* anymore.)
When I read Shakespeare for the first time, it doesn't make him a new author.
