That is absolutely NOT true. The most that might happen is that you would get traces of hydrazine or nitrogen trichloride, but it's FAR more likely that you will just get a mixture of various relatively innocuous organic chloramines.

The amount of hydrazine would also be pretty small, as there isn’t much ammonia in fresh urine

But what if you let your pee decay?

I don’t think decaying is the issue. Your pee would just have to be super concentrated. You would have to be really dehydrated. Like almost to the point of death by dehydration to have a large amount of concentrated ammonia, or you could also have bladder stones.
