It means it was planned the entire time. They had lighting and a camera person. And she signed the contract with Vivid. I'm pretty sure there was permission involved.

No need to be sorry. We are all here to help each other out. I'm not saying anyone shouldn't like her. I'm just saying that any "celebrity" should be taken with a grain of salt and a skeptical mind.
