Kick it up a notch with some finely diced onion or minced garlic, and fresh cilantro

Even better if you basically follow a basic homemade salsa recipe, and then add mashed avocados and lemon juice.

I don't like tomatoes in it. Onions and jalepenos though... YAS. Also, must be red onion.
