I like how they don't even press the issue. The customer isn't a dick about it and the representative knows it.

If you're going to censor the representative's name at least black out the entire thing, between the two instances I can tell his name is David.

Basically they don't give a fuck about gamers and only want money. Which is normal for companies but recently they, and a couple other game companies, have been taking it too far. For example, the game Star Wars Battlefront costs $60 for the base game and it'll be at least 4,000 hours or $2k to complete the game. After playing arcade games for a certain amount of time you can't receive any loot in game AT ALL for a certain amount of time. As well as them buying companies and fucking their game series up so bad they are discontinued. There were some other things but these are the first things that come to mind but there's more.
