It’s a matter of perception. Studies have been done. Certain news outlets favor releasing information on each of the multitude of ethnicities. On average, they tel who done it and where they come from in about the same time if you take all outlets into consideration.

Lmao literally every shooting or robbery with people that aren't white it's "{ethnicity} MAN VICIOUSLY MURDERED A MILLION CHILDREN" but when they're white it's "person shot fourteen people (maybe, one of them might still live) because of their fragile mental health"
