Technically not true. I don’t think heart muscle cells regenerate unless the heart is damaged

Heart, nerve, brain, ovum, the cones in your eyes, various ones last a lifetime; certain ones like fat cells last 10-12 years on average, some have just a few days in their lifespan (sperm, colon, etc.), but if you're talking simple external dermal layers (skin), white and red blood cells, and so on, the 7 year will completely cycle through them.

But memories; they can fade and change but seldom are they replaced entirely.
