Usually they have hot lights that cause sweat as well as using lots of product as celebrities tend to do to look " perfect ", so its far more likely its just some slight sweat or even more likely its just product to make sure his hair stays

That's not how the spiral works, just because it matches one part of it doesn't mean its the perfect spiral. Its gotta match it whole, and clearly once it hits the hairline it no longer works
