Last night a customer tried bullying the door greeter because the door was locked and he wanted out. I backed her up saying once the doors are locked, we can't open them unless it's an emergency and he was like "I'm about to make this an emergency if you don't open this door" but a police officer was checking out and heard him threaten us and escorted the guy out of the store

Then you are bad at explaining or they are stupid

Or answering the same question 5 times at least. Just a helpful hint, changing the way you say something won't change the answer.
