Crocodiles - 12-15 mph
Running in zig zags is the best way to escape

it's a terrestrial croc relative, I don't think it hunted from the water much.
We only know it from the skull, but it's relatives didn't have tails built like modern day crocs or gators where the tip is really thick for that propulsion.
