I'm reminded of the scene from friends when Rachel is giving birth and holding Ross's hand and he goes " you cannot believe how much this hurts " in reference to how hard she's squeezing his hand

The house of cards that is a man's heart will crumble at the slightest whimper of a woman saying "I wish I could meet someone like you".

I doubt that would make a man pass out.
