Or you could just simply don't do and say no to drugs. That helps a lot. People should try that.

So, you are supporting drugs? And how does drugs and sports, relationships and hobbies even have a connection?
Drugs fuck you up. You can never control that thirst. Do you take any drugs, so that you can back this with not just a theory, but a practical example. I have seen people say the same Shit and go down to Ashes. So I think, not taking drugs is the best option.
Then I think it's better that you shouldn't say anything. You speaking like this makes people believe that it's okay to take drugs. And while they do that and get addicted, they are harming their friends and family.
Look, it's a really nerve touching topic for me. I would like to suggest to people that instead of that just ignore drugs. Listen to music instead, do workout or something to deal with your problems. Please don't resort to drugs.

And why I am being downvoted for putting out my point. I have lost some really close people to drugs. So I advice to say no to drugs.
I gotta agree with Spiderman here. I am a minor drug user but I make a serious point of not touching anything addictive. I understand you can still develop physical dependency but I will not touch anything inherently addictive for this exact reason.
@sir_spiderman. I agree with ya 99.9% on what ya was saying with spookyink but for addiction, it can go either way for different people. I know people who like you said, done somethin one time an either didn’t do it again or can do it recreational, weekend warrior as my buds an I call it, but got buddy’s who crave the high an thus chase after it when ever they can. They would do it 24/7 if they had the money & the dealer had the stock. Two of my buds tried H one time an now won’t stop. They both been to jail, both have lost their wife/GF an kids & jobs over it. Both guys close buds have tried to help them to stop or slow down but they said they don’t want to. It helps them escape reality every time they go on a trip. The 1st guy introduced 2nd to it only 2 days after he tried it said he wish he didn’t. 1st guy has slowed down on using it but said he don’t see himself stopping 100%. Atlease not until his dies. The 2nd I’m sure feels the same. This is just what I’ve seen.
@sir_spiderman. I know what a lot of “study’s” have said, an I’m not arguing with them or you bubba. I just know what I’ve seen goin through life. I’ve seen people try weed, meth or pills an they gotten either a bad trip, batch or just didn’t like the effects thus they didn’t do it again. But otherside seen people try same one time an fell in love with the effect or what it can help them do, excape reality, an thus a new addict is born. An like I said about my 2 buds. All from just one try. An I know that if they would have stopped after the first time their body’s would not have “needed” to have the drug to keep going. So they were not addicted like that. That took awhile for that to happen. I agree 100% on that. But for mental addiction I seen both sides of the coin on that.
So ya talkin about actual full on body dependency of the drug. Then yes it will take more than a couple of try’s before your body quits making/ slows down what ever the drug you are taking is replacing. So basically the mind gets psychological dependent before the body. Thus making the body become addicted
