Atoms, Atoms and Atoms

I believe it’s meant as part of the logical structure of the statement (if followed by then) not a possible disbelief that we are made of atoms. Or maybe this person is an Atom Denier which doesn’t sound much worse than an Anti-Vaxxer or a Flat Earther.

I think they should have used "since" and I remember some of the flat earthers saying they say the earth is flat to promote science and make people understand scientific metholody more deeply, though I don't agree with that
