Heroes don't always wear capes

Hospital staff are awesome. They let me spend the whole Christmas period with my husband after his transplant. On Christmas Day the staff left all the patients presents that it took them a year to buy (using their own money!)

And police officers and 911 dispatchers!

My boyfriend worked the late shift on Christmas the third year in a row now :(
