Everytime I see my pups. I ask them when they are together and I ask them separately, just Incase one is afrade to talk because the other one will get mad at him/her.

they can talk, they just have really shitty vocal cords.

Yeah I read that too. But I still try, hoping they will slip up an actually talk to me. I also fear that if one of them do. The other will haft to kill me or his/her brother, due to them violating code.

I have offered my dog a steak, cooked anyway he wants, every single day if he will say one sentence to me.

Yuuuuup!! I bribed and pleated with mine. Even tried to turn them against one another, but they held strong. So they staying true to their no speak code cause they are not budging, for anybody or anything
