That character is frank, but ya know, it (he?) is joji now (mostly just wrote that cuz I had just found out, how long ago did it happen again?).

he has always gone by the name joji in his personal life, it's is only now that he is producing music under the name joji. Frank is a character he played

Yeah, I know that but he also released and will continue releasing music under the name joji (pretty sure he didn't just start). So since he stopped 'being' Frank, he's just gonna pursue music and be joji.
