Yes. You push the tree through trunk first and its wrapped in plastic or nylon netting so it doesn't get too messed up in transport to home. I suppose it could also work well on ill mannered children.

K, thanks for clarifying.. I've never seen one. I live in a rural area we just goto Christmas tree farms and cut our own trees, only a 2 mile drive back to the house..

I used to work at a Lowes and these were great, until someone bought one if the ginormous trees and wanted it netted. Not fun.
