So damn sweet and thoughtful! What an awesome company to take the time to do this

This alone is going to make me get my dog food off chewy from now on

Barkbox sent flowers when I had to cancel my members due to my mom's funeral expenses. It was surprising. And sad all at once.

My mom bought the wrong litter (regular instead of the lightweight). They sent her the lightweight for free even though it was her mistake and told her to donate the other litter to a shelter :)

I don't have a pet right now due to apartment rules, but when I do get a pet, I will definitely look into this company. They sound awesome.

This does not surprise me. Great products, and great company.
