Going to sleep before 11:30 is not likely with my procrastinating on college work self. But funny enough I just started carrying a water bottle with me and it has helped me to get motivated to do work. Drinking so much water caused frequent bathroom breaks, so when I am getting sucked into off-task things, a bathroom break serves as a reset for my focus and I get reminded to do work.
