I think they suggest that labor is always done with expected rewards. Making a huge ass replica in Minecraft is pretty good labor, especially if you do it yourself.

What even is actual work? Are sports players working? Are factory staff working? Are mathematicians working? Are game creators working?

Creating a replica in that game is a hell of a lot of work.

It can take weeks to make something like that. It may only be a video game but it's a load of effort that goes into it.
