Anyone know what’s behind those red blobs?

its a hundred dollar bill you wan them to make some 3d fireworks that fly out when you spend it.

pretty much all the font on US currency is, either from the font used being turned into word art or the bill being changed later (using word art when they design it, obviously). The only parts I can think of that aren't are the signatures.
