YouTube changed their monetization rules again. You need a fuck ton of subscribers (I think 150,000) and you need to meet a quota of watch time per month. I think it's 30 hours. Meaning if you post a 12 minute video and all your subscribers watch it from start to finish, then it will eventually add to 30 hours

It changed from lifetime views of 10,000 to "at least 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers" to be eligible for partnership. Nothing drastic like 150K.
You were off by a factor of 150 and were pretty specific about the 30 hours per month vs the actual 4,000 per year. I'm just correcting facts. No need to defend as it's not a personal attack.
