Ham is much much better. Dark meat from the turkey is alright, but if it's white meat, then it's like eating cardboard.

Let's just agree that meat is good whether it be human, pig, salmon, deer.

I'm going to disagree about the cannibalism...
Mostly roasted turkey. But smoked ham is still better than turkey sandwich meat.
