I was making a joke but yes sterilising your pets is important unless you want them to have offspring.

The word desex is just weird though and sounds like you're removing the animals sex not neutering or tying tubes. Getting your pet "fixed" sounds less disturbing than "desexed" to me

We did have her spayed after she had her kittens. They'd probably be about 3 now
