Trek is better.

That is exactly what Star Wars is. It is a fantasy story, written in the trappings of sci-fi. I still love both though, because they are trying to do different things.

In it's structure it's closer to Lord Of The Rings. I like them both but I prefer Star Trek (DS9 especially)
