Sounds like a schedule

Back when I was younger 17:00 seemed such a reasonable time to get dinner now when I'm grown up and working I'm lucky to have dinner by 20:00

He works from 9am - 3:30pm and gets an hour for lunch. I want his job.

Dinner at 17h?!
What?? Who takes it so early? I mean 19 is already super early but 17h, really? That's tea time! I'm still in school at that hour!
