Every job I’ve ever had

I’m over staffed in my job, I’m bored as hell for half the week

My job just keeps hiring people so I don’t try to hard

I've never had a full staff. So I've never completed a task 100%.

At my job 3 people with very important roles quit and 1 has taken holiday leave for 3 months!

That's how Wal-Mart is. Biggest complaint is the lack of cashiers. They do that on purpose. Don't want to pay the few bucks to hire another person.
