I wonder if he hit him with? Thinkin concussion cause the rubber shot would still almost blow a hole through him at that close range.

As far as I am aware of my own experience it should be smoke, most countries do not allow concussion. And rubber is not an good alternative since it can still kill you at medium ranges

It's not a "real" gun that's why, it's an launcher, they have 1/4 the velocity of "real" guns because they don't need to penetrate, just move forwards. If one hits you, it will bruise,cause minor internal bleeding and/or maybe cause some skin to rip, but it should not penetrate.

Yes, as stated minor internal bleeding, ripping of skin and bruising. Otherwise it's the lesser worse to get a launcher to the chest, the projectile has a big surface area and moves slow. Penetration is achieved by small surface area and high velocity, as example the five sevens special ammunition, it is smaller than a 9mm but has more velocity and can penetrate to most types of body armour. If you Google launcher projectiles you will see that sometimes they are as big as soda cans, therefore have a big surface area. It's gonna hurt like a MF, but it won't kill him or injure him heavily
