I think the essence of the statement is you are unable to be publicly critical of non-white men without being accused of racial bias.

I was praising this one girl for stopping a dude (he was being chased by the police in a mall) and immediately called racist bc the dude were black
I didn't even notice his skin colour

Hate who you want! People are awful! But it's society's job to call you out if you're only hating someone because of implicit bias--like for their race.
