That's very sweet but radiation poisoning will set in before 10 years, depending on how much you were exposed to.

Let's just assume, for argument's sake, that the "young people" they'd be replacing weren't suicidal retards, and only operated in areas where the safety equipment provided them with an adequate level of protection and a low-level exposure to radiation... 'mmmkay?
