Hi @popsy, I really appreciate your response. I'm not sure what you mean by disagreeing with my "feminist views" but I suppose that you really can't agree with everything! That's alright. As long as you are not a misogynist. And yes, I was extremely depressed. I was really close to suicide, which is scary to admit. But I was terribly depressed. You could probably tell by my comments and posts that I was feeling a lot of pain. Thank you to everyone who asked me about it and tried to help such as @xvarnah, @parisqeen, @jasonmon, and others who I can't remember by name, and I'm sorry for that. I am feeling way better now and I am so happy to be alive.

Oh hello friend! I'm sorry, I didn't see it! I am doing much much better! I have been taking medication and seeing my therapist more regularly and I am taking much better care of myself in general. Thanks for asking! Life is sweet and I am so glad that I didn't give up. I came so close to the edge and I did not like what I saw. So I decided that things had to change and I am working hard to make myself happier every day. Peace and love, sunflowers

grandma, telling us from the Other Side that she was happy and safe. It was an incredibly special moment and when it was over we all cried.

My grandmother died young, four years after her husband (my grandfather) and left behind two children and three grandchildren. My cousin now has two young children of her own who never got to meet their great-grandma. It makes me so sad to think about so I try to push the thoughts away because they give me chest pain. She always said her favorite animal was a cardinal, the bright red birds. Before she died she told me that she would see me again, and she would look like a cardinal, but it would be her spirit and she would still love me always. So my sister, cousin, and I, the three grandchildren, were playing outside one day with the two children of my cousin. I felt this need to turn around and on the fence was a brilliant crimson red cardinal looking right at us with its head cocked to the side. It chirped a few times and flapped its wings. It wasn't even scared of us, it just sat there peacefully and watched us play for an hour or so and finally flew away. We all knew it was our

@xvarnah I totally feel you. My thought is, why not just create a new and wonderful princess with darker skin and a non-European background, maybe African or Asian, instead of changing the race of an already existing princess? It just doesn't make any sense. And we all know that if this went the other way around race-wise, there would practically be riots in the streets. Just some food for thought.

Sometimes a family is just a cat named after a derogatory term for white people and a plastic Halloween decoration and I think that's beautiful
