Oh lord. Let's not talk about the future and stay in the now to make this simple. People need help now right? People need jobs too. Like the kinds designing and building a space program from scratch creates for everyone from rocket scientists to factory workers, janitors, and secretaries. im not going to explain just how thin that $90mill really would be or how complex using it to relieve poverty actually would be. Let's try this instead: Why are you asking private citizens to bail out impoverished Americans? We have a president elected to do things like that. The current president also happens to be... A BILLIONAIRE TYCOON. So instead of tripping off how this private citizen has created a business with his money- ask your government and ask the president (who campaigned to represent those economically burdened Americans) where's their $90million? What are the people who make the rules doing to help? Go write your congressperson.

yeah, he could have launched a rocket into space, or given all those people $2. One may save the human race, one will probobly be spent on something stupid, not even food.
