I was born in 99 and most of the 90s kids posts still apply, the things they say are for 90s kids only carry on pretty far into the 2000s

Things came late here so a lot of early 90s stuff carried over.. i was born in 1996 though

yes that's exactly it. Most of the 90' cartoon series an stuff were late here so I watched them despite being born in 97

Not sure if this was intentional, but Spongebob first aired in 1999. So it fits the meme.
