Okay. Anyone suffering from such conditions can apply for medicinal.

Medicinal isn’t legal in every state. They should just legalize it federally.

Well my personal opinion would be recreationally. Medicinal does a lot of good though.

They just need to figure out the regulations and tax cost....the government could profit and start paying off the country's debt and ppl could get high and be happy and eat more lol.

@pokethebear i'm from germany, but this don't change the fact that i would wish a legalization of it for you guys & girls (germany would be nice too.. but we only have medicinal at the moment.. and just if you find a doctor who will prescribe it for you..but not many doctors do this because they have fears of cannabis)

It's legal in a few states, and slowly more are getting on board with it.

Well than. I have medicinal marijuana for epilepsy. It helps me, I don't have 100 seizures a day tho. Marijuana is illegal for 2 reasons. It was classified as drug equal to meth, crack or heroin. Plus growing your own medicine would bring no money to the HUGE pharmaceutical companies. Bonus- the word Marijuana was created in the refer madness era to sound scarier than cannabis. Since brain surgery I've been PRO BUD. Opioid dependency alone is a huge reason alone to legalize cannabis. Off my soap box*
