Don’t jails have a thing where you hit a number to accept a call from an inmate? Why would you accept it if you don’t know someone at that jail (assumably she didn’t know anyone there)

She probably thought one of her family or friends had gotten arrested and needed to be bailed

If you look on the girls twitter she said that her mom felt like she had to take that call for whatever reason and it led to her husband
