Maybe some people just don't like crap on their dollar bills as in nothing written on it, just clean.

It's illegal to deface US currency. Everytime a bank receives a such a bill, they have to send it away to be destroyed and each new bill printed costs about 9 cents. Times that by the tens of thousands of idiots defacing bills each day and that the government gets reprinting money from our pockets, maybe you'll be as unamused as I am when you see this passive-aggressive shit.

Stamping or writing on a dollar bill technically isn't defacing it. The bill would be defaced if a vending machine or ATM couldn't accept it.
