I mean, technically it's a bit of a stretch already to believe a human being could do half of what Batman does, let alone while keeping it all secret. But.... if we ignore that I'll point to exhibits a,b,and c in the "can't do that" pantheon: Clay face, Mr. Freeze, Bane. It's a longer list of strained credibility but those should do. That said- I agree that it's not likely In the least. The magnitude and commitment required for such an undertaking would be on Parnell or above some of the thinnest excuses in comics, and outside the "friendly" versions of batmans where no one dies and everything is very low stakes that would make Alfred a total pshyco murderer. It would also require Alfred to be one of the most powerful criminals in the DC universe and either have cross over battles with other heroes and or be in league with villains from outside the bat gallery where they have crossed over with batman villains. For so many reasons this is just about impossible even for comics.

Wayne isn't too involved in the money, so Alfred could conceivably bank roll the villains or even have technology created to allow him to masquerade as many. It's possible he's used this money to "fake" injury and near death before when wounded or pulled some nonesense/hired people where he's been seen in the same place or at the same time as villains. It's even possible to think he'd allow things like Bane breaking batmans back or the killing of his loved ones as some sort of "lesson" or jealousy. We can stretch it and say the villains continued after Alfred dies either by copy cats or by a secret trust- But all of this requires many HUGE leaps of belief even by comic standards. Alfred would have to be the biggest criminal mastermind in all of DC considering all the cross overs and what not. Alfred would need to know and be able to control most of the criminal underworld and all while keeping a secret that makes batman and supermans flimsy cover look like the best CIA/KGB operations.
