Maybe DNA computers? There's a physical limit to how small our current type of computing can be; molecular. Actually, considering how right now it's electrons flying across a circuit board, probably far larger than molecular because of the heat it generates. DNA computers are being built right now, and it reminds me of our advancement in the left picture.

That's not 400 GB....
