Ummmm... So I've never heard anyone claim that the flat Earth is only one-sided so, like, there would totally be a night side and a day side m'kay.

If there are more than one side and all the countries are on the same side then all would have daylight and night time at the same time. Instead of one side having morning while the other is going to bed.
