Teachers have a minimum of 6 classes with at least 20 students each, that 120 of every assignment to grade. They also have lesson plans and other work. Students have 6-8 classes a day. Get a grip and do your work.

They also make the lesson plans. Which means they decided to have 120 essays to grade. They decided to have 120 6-page test to grade.

They may make the lesson plan but they can't just decide not to assign tests or essays, that's not how lesson planning works. And saying they are adults who are paid is incredibly juvenile and ignorant. In that vein students are children who are supposed to be doing school work rather than anything else.
